Use case

Backorder and preorder inventory planning

Units sold before they arrive still need stock. Flieber counts accumulated backorders in inventory and replenishment calculations and plans for products sold before they land, with settings at the product and store level.

Examples

Ask Flieber

  • “Every Monday, review the products that may need replenishment and recommend what to order. Consider current stock, forecast demand, on-order inventory, supplier lead time, MOQ and target coverage. Group the recommendations by supplier and explain the reasoning.”
  • “Which of our top SKUs run out on Amazon before their next purchase order lands?”
